"HORRIBLE commutation. 8 months of dealing with them trying to take off full coverage on my car since May and he forgot to do it the first time I asked Zac. I called them 4-5 times the past 8 months and spoke to Zac twice. Both times he said he’ll call me back when he figures it out or email me. I got nothing. Just yesterday I spoke to someone from his office and they said “yea he’ll call you in the morning.” I’m not surprised I received NO CALL this morning. Lol not only did he say don’t pay the next bill till I figure it out but I went two months not paying to only get hit with a text from someone at his office that they cancelled my insurance because of non payment. What a joke."
